About 366

A management house, kept small on purpose.

The premise

Care, the way you'd run a home of your own.

366.care was founded to operate Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly the way a thoughtful family would — at the scale of a household, not an institution. We license, staff, and run a small portfolio of six-resident homes across Southern California, and we have no intention of growing past what we can personally attend to.

We choose properties for their architecture, their setting, and their capacity to feel like home from the first step inside. We staff for temperament. We program care from the resident outward — never the schedule inward. And we keep ownership, operations, and family relationships under one roof so that nothing important falls between people.

Principles

Five things we won't bend on.

01

Small by license

Six residents per home. Always.

02

Composed care

Personal pre-admission appraisal before any move-in.

03

Hired for presence

Caregivers chosen for temperament, then trained.

04

House, not facility

No corridors. No institutional hum.

05

Family-facing

Direct lines of contact — operator to family.

Where we operate

Southern California.
High desert and pine.

Our residences sit in two of California's most restorative settings: the high-desert quiet of Hesperia and the alpine air of Wrightwood at 5,935 feet. Both are within easy reach of Inland Empire medical services and family.
